The Festool Routing Slide works with the Festool OF 1010 EQ, OF 1400 EQ and OF 2000 E routers Allows you to make cut outs over large areas by allowing the router to ride on the carriage. 23-1/2" (600mm) traverse width.

Note: MFS routing jig shown in image in light gray is not included and has been discontinued by Festool USA.

Q. How wide a board can you use with this?

Q. I keep wondering what a 2000 E is and whether it is a router model I do not know about or whether it is a typo and should read 2200 OF.

The Festool OF 2000 was discontinued around 2007 and is the predecessor to the OF 2200. While it was a 3HP class router like the newer model, it lacked the feature-rich capabilities of the newer OF 2200. The OF 2000 and 2200 generally do not share accessories...
Q. I was so excited about Festool routers until Festool USA discontinued MSF jig. Does the routing slide at least have stops or something to emulate the jig functionality?
