Nailers here include Smart Point 18 gauge brad and 15 gauge DA angled finish kits, the N62FNK-2 finish nailer, LPF33PT paper tape and N89C-1 coil framing nailers, the N66C-1 coil siding nailer, and the MCN150 STRAPSHOT metal connector nailer. What to Look For
- Gauge. 23 gauge pins leave nearly invisible holes. 18 gauge brads hold trim. 15 gauge finish nails hold door casing and baseboard.
- Collation. Match nails to the tool: FN or DA angled strips, paper tape, or coil.
- Couplers. Industrial 1/4 inch series couplers and plugs must match across hose, tool, and compressor.

Bostitch FAQ
What does FN or DA mean on Bostitch finish nails?
They name the angled strip style. FN style nails fit FN finish nailers, and DA style nails fit DA nailers such as the Smart Point 15 gauge DA kit. The two are not interchangeable, so match the style to your nailer.
Coil or paper tape framing nailer?
Coil nailers like the N89C-1 hold more nails per load. Paper tape stick nailers like the LPF33PT are slimmer and fit between studs more easily. Choose by the fasteners your crew already stocks.
