What to Look For
- Shank. These are T-shank blades, the most common jigsaw mount.
- TPI. Lower TPI cuts wood fast, higher TPI cuts metal and gives smoother edges.
- Material. High carbon steel suits wood, bi-metal lasts longer, and carbide handles laminate.

Will Diablo jigsaw blades fit my jigsaw?
These blades use a T-shank, which fits most current jigsaws. Older saws that take U-shank blades will not accept them.
Which blade cuts laminate without chipping?
Diablo lists a carbide T-shank blade for laminate. A fine finish or reverse tooth blade also reduces chipping on the top face.
