FS Guide Rails by Length
Lengths here include 32", 42", 55", 75", 106", 118", and 197". A 55" rail handles crosscuts on sheet goods, and a 106" or 118" rail rips a full sheet. Two shorter rails joined with connectors also cover long rips.
FS/2-KP Rails
FS 1400/2-KP and FS 1900/2-KP rails come in 55" and 75" lengths. Replacement adhesive pads for KP rails are in rail accessories. Check your rail label before ordering wear parts.
FSK Crosscut Rails
FSK 250, FSK 420, and FSK 670 rails are short crosscut rails for boards and framing stock. Rail bags for the FSK 420 and FSK 670 protect them in transport. They pair with the HKC 55 carpentry saw in track saws.
Parallel Guides
Parallel guides register the rail off a panel edge for matching strip widths. Sets come in imperial and metric, and extensions add reach on wide sheets.
Splinterguards and Strips
The rubber edge on a rail keeps the cut line clean. Replace it with splinterguards when worn. Non-skid strips and glide strips keep the rail planted and the saw moving smoothly.
32mm Hole Drilling Rails
The 55" and 95" hole drilling rails guide a router for shelf-pin and hardware holes on a 32mm grid. Find the full set in 32mm hole drilling.

Festool Guide Rails FAQ
Which guide rail length should I buy first?
Most buyers start with a 55" rail for crosscuts on sheet goods and add a 106" or 118" rail for full-length rips. If space is tight, join two 55" rails with rail connectors instead of storing one long rail.
Do I need to clamp a guide rail?
Not always. The grip strips on the underside hold the rail on most panels. Clamp it on short cuts, steep bevels, or slick material. Screw clamps and quick clamps are in Festool clamps.
Will other tools run on Festool rails?
Yes. Every Festool track saw runs on them, a Carvex jigsaw rides them with an adapter, and Festool routers follow them with a guide stop. The hole drilling rails are made for router work.
What warranty covers a Festool track saw and rail setup?
Festool gives new power tools, such as the track saw, a 3-year limited warranty when bought from an authorized US dealer. Register the saw within 30 days to add warranty all-inclusive service with free repairs and a prepaid shipping label. Festool's terms exclude accessories and attachments such as saw blades.
