Building a Klein MODbox Setup
This MODbox collection has every piece type: toolboxes, bags, rail attachments, and component boxes. Base units include the rolling toolbox, two-drawer rolling box, medium and small toolboxes, and single, two, and three drawer boxes. Soft storage includes the tool tote, tool bag, and electrician's backpack. Rail attachments add a parts bin, tool carrier, magnetic strip, multi-hook, cup holder, and case adapter. Component boxes come in tall and short, full and half width, plus a 17 Qt. cooler.
What to Look For
- Start with a base. The rolling toolbox or two-drawer rolling box carries the rest of the stack.
- Small parts. Short component boxes hold fittings and connectors. Tall ones fit meters and taller items.
- Rails. Rail attachments keep daily tools and parts outside the box where you can grab them.
- Bags. The tote, bag, and backpack carry tools to the work area. A dedicated component box fits inside them.
