Work Tables

Multifunction Tables, Sawhorse Benches, and Work Table Accessories

A good work table holds sheet goods for cutting, gives you clamping points, and folds or rolls away when the job ends. Festool leads with the MFT/3, MFT/3 Basic, and MFT/3-Kapex tables, the MW 1000 mobile workshop and extension table, and the STM 1800 mobile sawing table. Portable options include the Kreg Mobile Project Center, the Kreg crosscut station, and Centipede K100 and K200 sawhorse systems and tabletops from Bora. Accessories round it out: Veritas and Seneca bench dogs, Festool stop flags, fence clamps, and MFT connectors, and a slop stop for MFT tables.

What to Look For

  • Hole grid. MFT-style tops with a grid of dog holes accept dogs and clamps for repeatable cuts.
  • Portability. Centipede and Kreg tables fold flat for transport. Mobile workshops roll on casters.
  • Track saw support. Some tables guide a rail for square crosscuts.
  • Size. Check whether the top holds full sheets or only cut parts.

Work Tables FAQ

MFT table or sawhorse table?

An MFT table gives a flat, dog-hole top for precise cuts and clamping. A Centipede sawhorse table sets up larger and faster for breaking down sheets on site. Many shops own both.

Do bench dogs fit any table?

Dogs fit by hole size. The Seneca dogs here are made for Festool MFT holes, the same pattern used on many MFT table tops. Check hole diameter before mixing brands.
