The Makita 18V LXT 2-Pc. Combo Kit (5.0Ah) delivers two premium brushless tools for drilling, driving, and fastening. The Kit includes two 18V LXT 5.0Ah batteries, which are compatible with the full range of Makita tools and products. The kit includes an 18V LXT Brushless Cordless 1/2" Hammer Driver-Drill (XPH14) delivering a full 1, 250 in.lbs. of Max Torque for the most demanding drilling and driving applications and 0-31, 500 BPM for faster hammer drilling into masonry materials. The XPH14Z is positioned at the top of the LXT line-up of driver-drills. The 1/2" Hammer Driver-Drill has a more compact and ergonomic design and is 14% shorter than the previous model. It's powered by a Makita brushless motor for longer run time, increased power and speed, and longer tool life. With a 2-speed transmission (0-550 & 0-2, 100 RPM), the XPH14Z can tackle a wide range of drilling, fastening and hammer drilling applications. Other features include an all-metal 1/2" self-ratcheting chuck for improved bit-gripping strength, L.E.D. lights, and a rubberized soft grip for increased comfort. The Kit also features an 18V LXT Brushless 4-Speed Impact Driver (XDT20) sets new standards. The XDT20 offers 4-speed power selections (0-1, 100/ 0-2, 100/ 0-3, 200/ 0-3, 600 RPM & 0-1, 100/ 0-2, 600/ 0-3, 600/ 0-3, 800 IPM) which provides precise fastening control for a wide range of applications. The Impact Driver features Assist Mode (A-mode) which helps eliminate "screw cam-out" and "cross threading" by driving at low speed until tightening begins.
