The High-Power Angle Grinder features SJSII, which uses a leaf spring and cam gear drive mechanism that is engineered to reduce vibration for increased operator comfort during extended use. Vibration is further reduced by the vibration absorbing side handle which provides increased comfort on the job. The GA4595 features an Electronic Controller that provides soft start, which is designed to suppress start-up reaction for smooth start-ups and longer gear life. The High-Power grinder features labyrinth construction seals and protects the motor and bearings from dust and debris for longer tool life. The motor fan is designed with enlarged fins for increased air flow and a cooler running motor. The GA4595 features spiral bevel gears for smoother rotations and a more efficient transfer of energy. It features a fully aluminum constructed gear housing which provides superior gear alignment and smooth transmission for increased durability and comfort. An Electronic Controller provides an electronic current limiter which helps protect the motor from overload in high torque applications.
