Sander pads are the backing plates your abrasive grips. The top sellers in this collection are Festool replacement pads: Jetstream and Multi-Jetstream2 pads for ETS, ETSC, and Rotex RO 150 sanders, StickFix pads for the RO 125, RTS 400, DTS 400, and DX 93, Fusion-Tec 150 mm pads, and RO 90 pads. What to Look For
- Sander model. Pads are model specific. Match the sander named in the title, such as ETS EC 125 or RO 150 FEQ.
- Hardness. Hard pads keep flat surfaces and edges crisp. Soft and super-soft pads follow curves and profiles.
- Hole pattern. Multi-Jetstream2 and Jetstream pads must match the abrasive hole pattern for full dust pickup.
- Interface pads. Add a foam interface pad for contoured work or fine grits without buying a second pad.

When should I replace a sander pad?
Replace it when discs stop gripping, fly off, or the hook face is worn smooth. A pad that is torn or out of flat will also leave an uneven scratch pattern.
Hard, soft, or super-soft pad?
Pick hard for flat panels, veneer, and edges. Pick soft as an all-round pad. Pick super-soft for curved parts and when sanding between coats with fine grits.
