Bessey bearing heaters carry a 1-year warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Bessey repairs, replaces, or refunds at its option. Claims go through Bessey's online form with the part number and at least 2 photos. Abuse, misuse, alteration, and normal wear are excluded.
Do I need extra cross bars?
The bearing bore must fit over the cross bar. A heater ships with the bars listed in its title, and smaller or larger bores need a bar in that size. Order bars made for your heater model, since PV, SC, BC, and SBH bars are not interchangeable.
