Cordless Applicators
Cordless Grease Guns and Caulk Applicators
Cordless applicators dispense grease, caulk, and adhesive at a steady rate without squeezing a trigger all day. Grease guns make up much of this collection: Milwaukee M12 and M18 2-speed models, DeWALT 20V MAX and 18V guns, and the Makita 18V LXT XPG01. For sealants, Milwaukee M12 guns come in 10 oz, 20 oz aluminum barrel sausage, and quart versions, and the M18 offers a 10 oz gun. DeWALT adds a 20V MAX 10 oz / 300 ml adhesive gun and Makita an 18V LXT 10 oz gun.
What to Look For
- Material. Grease guns service equipment fittings. Caulk and adhesive guns lay beads for sealing and bonding.
- Cartridge format. Choose 10 oz tubes, 20 oz sausage packs, or quart tubes based on what your supplier sells.
- Conversion kits. Milwaukee 12V conversion kits let one M12 gun switch between 10 oz, 20 oz, and quart sizes.
- Grease capacity. A clear 400g barrel for the M18 grease gun shows how much grease is left.

Cordless Applicators FAQ
Why does the Milwaukee M18 grease gun have two speeds?
One speed favors pressure for stubborn or clogged fittings. The other favors volume for filling fittings quickly. Switching between them saves time on a full service round.
Is a cordless caulk gun worth it?
If you run many tubes a day, yes. A motor drives the plunger at a set speed, so beads stay even and your hand does not tire.
