Cordless Caulk Guns
Cordless Caulk Guns by Platform and Tube Size
A cordless caulk gun pushes sealant and construction adhesive with a motor, giving a consistent bead on windows, siding, and subfloor work. Makita has the deepest selection here: 12V max CXT GC01 guns in 10, 20, and 29 oz versions, and 18V LXT XGC01 29 oz guns sold tool only or in kits. Milwaukee offers the M18 2640-20 10 oz gun plus M12 conversion kits for 10 oz, 20 oz sausage, and quart formats. Bosch adds the GCG18V-20N 18V gun.
What to Look For
- Tube size. 10 oz suits standard caulk. 20 oz sausage packs and 29 oz tubes cut down on reloads for adhesive work.
- Battery platform. CXT, LXT, M12, M18, and Bosch 18V guns are here. Pick the one that matches your batteries.
- Weight. 12V guns are lighter for overhead and trim work. 18V guns handle thick adhesives in larger tubes.

Cordless Caulk Guns FAQ
What is a sausage pack?
A sausage pack is sealant in a soft foil tube instead of a rigid cartridge. It loads into a barrel holder, such as the 20 oz versions here, and leaves less waste than plastic tubes.
Can one gun take different tube sizes?
Some can. Milwaukee sells M12 conversion kits to switch between 10 oz, 20 oz, and quart sizes. Makita sells separate GC01 and XGC01 models for each size, so pick the size you use most.
