Cordless Jobsite Radios and Bluetooth Speakers

Cordless radios and speakers bring music to the jobsite and shop on the same batteries that run your tools. Milwaukee offers the M18 PACKOUT radio, M18 and M12 Bluetooth radios with built-in chargers, and M12, M18, and PACKOUT-compatible speakers. Makita radios and speakers run on 18V LXT and 12V max CXT batteries, and the GRM05 speaker adds 40V max XGT. DeWALT covers 12V/20V/60V MAX radios, charger radios, a Tough System radio, and a mini speaker. The Festool SYS-Rock BR10 and a Makita Outdoor Adventure radio with lantern round it out.

What to Look For

  • Radio or speaker. Radios add AM/FM tuners. Speakers stream from your phone over Bluetooth only.
  • Charging. Charger radios also charge tool batteries, which saves an outlet on site.
  • Storage fit. PACKOUT and Tough System models lock into their brand's modular storage.
  • Power. Cordless/corded models run all day on AC when power is available.

Shop cordless radios at The Tool Nut, an authorized dealer since 1994, with free shipping on most orders and rewards points on every purchase.

Cordless Radios FAQ

Will a Makita radio take both 18V and 12V batteries?

Many do. Models such as the XRM06B, XRM08B, XRM09B, and XRM10 are listed for 18V LXT and 12V max CXT batteries. Check each listing for its supported packs.

Do I need a radio or just a Bluetooth speaker?

If you stream everything from a phone, a speaker is smaller and lighter. Choose a radio if you want AM/FM, a built-in charger, or a larger unit for a whole crew.
