DeWALT has 60V MAX 21-inch 3-in-1 push and rear-wheel-drive self-propelled mowers. Makita runs 17, 18, and 21-inch mowers on two 18V LXT batteries, commercial LXT models, and a 40V max XGT commercial mower. Replacement blades, a mower cover, and a mulching plug are listed alongside.
What to Look For
- Deck width. A 21-inch deck covers more lawn per pass. 17 and 18-inch decks are lighter to push.
- Self-propelled. Self-propelled mowers drive themselves on slopes and larger yards.
- Battery platform. Choose the platform you already own for trimmers and blowers.
- Commercial models. Makita lists several LXT and XGT models as commercial mowers.
The Tool Nut has sold cordless lawn mowers as an authorized dealer since 1994. Orders get free shipping on most orders and earn rewards points on every purchase.
Lawn Mowers FAQ
How do Makita 36V (18V X2) mowers work?
They run on two 18V LXT batteries at once for 36V of power. If you already own Makita LXT tools, those batteries work in the mower. Kits with four batteries let you swap a pair and keep mowing.
What does 3-in-1 mean on a mower?
A 3-in-1 mower can mulch clippings, bag them, or discharge them out the side. DeWALT 60V MAX Next-Gen push and self-propelled mowers are listed as 3-in-1.
