A needle scaler reaches into pitted, uneven, and welded surfaces that a wire wheel skips over, and it removes thick scale faster. A wire wheel leaves a smoother finish on flat stock.
Can I use a needle scaler on concrete?
Yes, for light surface cleanup such as removing spatter or loose material. For heavy demolition, use a chipping hammer.
