Festool Saw Blades

Festool Track Saw Blades by Saw and Material

Festool saw blades are matched to specific saws and cutting jobs. This collection has 160 mm blades for the TS 55 and TSC 55, many also listed for the HK 55, HKC 55, or ATF 55; 210 mm blades for the TS 75; 168 mm blades; a 48-tooth blade for the AT 65; and a scoring blade. Each size comes in rip, universal, and fine-cut wood versions, plus laminate/HPL, aluminum/plastics, and diamond blades for abrasive materials like fiber cement.

What to Look For

  • Saw fit. Confirm your saw is named in the title. Blade diameter and arbor differ between TS 55 and TS 75.
  • Tooth count. Fewer teeth rip faster. More teeth leave a cleaner crosscut and finish edge.
  • Material. Use laminate, aluminum/plastics, or diamond blades for those materials instead of a wood blade.
  • Kerf. Titles show 1,8 or 2,2 mm kerf for TS 55 blades. Check which your saw takes.

Festool Saw Blades FAQ

Which TS 55 blade should I keep on the saw?

A 28-tooth universal blade handles mixed ripping and crosscutting. Switch to a 42 or 48-tooth fine-cut blade for veneered plywood and finish edges, and to a 12-tooth rip blade for thick solid wood.

Are saw blades covered by the Festool warranty?

No. Festool's 3-year limited warranty covers new power tools from an authorized US dealer and specifically excludes attachments such as saw blades. The saw itself is covered, and registering it within 30 days adds warranty all-inclusive service.
