The Euro-32 Template Line Boring Jig is used to drill 1/4" or 5mm holes for adjustable shelf pins or in line boring construction utilizing the fast and highly efficient 32mm cabinetmaking system.The template is designed to be used with the Euro-Bit self-centering drilling tool (Search SKU: ELEB). And is used with the carbide tipped bits to drill “chip free” clean holes in veneers, hardwoods, laminates and millimine.
It also eliminates the need for hardened drill guide bushings and dramatically increases the efficiency of drilling for adjustable hardware holes.
The tool features slide pins for 37mm inset positioning as well as adjustable stops for insets greater than 37mm. Can be used on assembled cabinets as well as on cabinet components, steel drill guide for long life, adjustment screws for hole elevation and can be used to drill for dowels for cabinet construction. Template is 24" long but can be indexed to drill rows of holes of infinite length.
