Overview
The FastCap Hole Punch Pro Kit (Model Number: HOLE PUNCH PRO KIT) is the professional version of FastCap's custom screw cover system. This is a manual ratcheting hole punch designed for cutting screw covers from your own edge banding or veneer so screw heads in cabinets and casework disappear.
The punch is ratcheting, with an ejector pin to push out the finished cover, a replaceable bushing and interchangeable dies. Three precision steel dies are included: 3/8 inch, 9/16 inch and 18 mm. It handles material up to 0.022 inch thick and is not intended for plastic laminate.
The FlushMount drill bit system creates a hole sized and deep enough for a PowerHead screw and its cap to sit flush. The Pro kit also includes 3/8-inch and 18 mm carbide cutters and a 1-inch x 50-foot roll of SpeedTape high-strength double-sided tape for attaching the covers.
Everything packs into a blow-molded case. Cabinet shops and installers who cover screws on every job will get the most from the Pro kit over the standard Hole Punch Kit.
