The Grex X40NS.13 1.3mm Nozzle Kit, for X4000 Spray Gun, is a replacement nozzle kit made for the Grex X4000 spray gun. This is a spray gun nozzle kit designed for restoring or changing the fluid delivery setup on a compatible paint sprayer. Model Number X40NS.13. If your current setup is worn, damaged, or you need the correct 1/16" (1.3 mm) matched set for your X4000, this kit handles that job with the parts intended to work together.

What matters here is that this is not just a single nozzle. The kit includes the matching air cap, fluid needle, and fluid nozzle. That matters on a spray gun because these parts work as a system. Replacing one worn part while leaving the others mismatched can affect atomization, pattern consistency, and finish quality. A complete matched set is the better move when you want the gun to spray the way it should.

The 1/16" (1.3 mm) size is the core spec on this Grex X4000 nozzle kit. For buyers shopping by setup size, that is the deciding detail. When you already know your material and spray gun setup call for a 1/16" (1.3 mm) configuration, this kit gives you the exact components tied to that size instead of piecing together separate replacement parts.

This Grex spray gun accessory is built specifically for the X4000 platform, which is the real advantage over generic paint sprayer parts. Fit matters on finishing equipment. A dedicated X4000 nozzle kit saves time, reduces guesswork during maintenance, and gives you a straightforward way to keep the spray gun in service.

For shop use, repaint work, and detailed finishing where spray consistency matters, wear parts are not something to ignore. Needles and nozzles take abuse over time, and even slight wear can affect how the gun lays down material. Swapping in the proper Grex matched set is the practical fix when your pattern starts falling off or cleaning no longer gets the gun back where it should be.

This is the right buy for painters, finishers, automotive users, and serious hobbyists already running a Grex X4000 spray gun. If you need a replacement setup for that specific gun, the Grex X40NS.13 1.3mm Nozzle Kit, for X4000 Spray Gun, is the direct fit option. If you do not own the X4000, this is not the part to guess on.
