The Klein Tools 27-in-1 Impact-Rated Multi-Bit Screwdriver (32317HD) is a slim, impact-rated multi-bit driver that replaces a pocketful of single screwdrivers. This is a multi-bit screwdriver designed for electricians, HVAC techs, installers and maintenance crews who drive a wide range of fasteners in a day. It carries 13 double-ended bits with 26 tip sizes plus a 1/4" bit holder that doubles as a nut driver.
The tip coverage is broad: Phillips #0, #1, #2 and #3; slotted 1/8", 3/16", 1/4" and 9/32"; Square #1, #2 and #3; Torx T10, T15, T20, T25 and T30; combination Phillips/square #1 and #2; and hex 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, 1/8", 5/32", 3/16" and 1/4". That handles device screws, panel covers, appliance hardware, deck and construction screws and set screws without switching tools.
Impact rating is the difference from a standard multi-bit. The double-ended bits are impact rated, and the 1/4" bit holder pulls out of the handle and connects to an impact driver for demanding applications. When a screw needs more than wrist power, move the holder and bit to the impact driver without hunting for a separate bit set.
A rare-earth magnet keeps bits and fasteners secure in the holder. The Cushion-Grip handle is slimmer than a standard Klein multi-bit for faster handle turning and quicker manual fastening, and it stores bits inside the handle. The round shank is matte black steel, 3-9/16" (9.1 cm) long.
The driver measures 8-13/16" (22.4 cm) overall with a 5-3/16" (13.2 cm) handle about 1-3/16" (3 cm) in diameter, and weighs 7.7 oz (218 g). It is not insulated and does not ratchet. No case is included.
