Overview
The Klein 5/8-in. Nano Tubing Cutter (50049) is a very small tubing cutter for copper and aluminum tube from 1/8 inch to 5/8 inch O.D. At about 2-3/8 inches long, it is made for tight spaces.
The twist knob and adjustment track set the cutter to the tube, and free-spinning rollers with a durable blade give smooth cuts. The contoured knob handles both gripping and capacity adjustment.
A push pin allows tool-free blade exchange, and replacement blades are Cat. No. 50054. At 5.3 ounces, it is light enough to live in a pocket or apron.
It does not ream, so keep a deburring tool handy. For larger tube, step up to the 1-1/8 inch mini cutter or the 1-3/8 inch constant swing cutter.
