The Klein Tools 6-Inch Impact Driver and Socket Extension Bar Set, 4-Piece (65038A) adds reach to your 3/8" and 1/2" drive impact tools. This is an impact socket extension set designed to provide greater access for sockets in hard-to-reach fastening applications. Klein model 65038A includes four 6" extension bars: two 3/8" square drive and two 1/2" square drive.
Why two of each size: you can stack two 6" bars when you need 12" of reach, or keep one in the bag and one on the tool. The extensions are impact-ready, built to withstand heavy-duty applications with impact drivers and impact wrenches.
A ball detent retention system holds sockets firmly in place, so a socket does not fall off the end of the extension in a deep recess. The knurled, textured shaft gives superior control when you spin a fastener by hand.
The bars are alloy steel with a black oxide finish. Each carries a high-visibility orange band and bold size markings for quick identification and to help prevent tool loss on jobsites.
