The Klein Tools Long Ball-End Hex Key Set, Metric, 10 Pieces (model BLS10M) is an L-style metric hex key set that puts the ten most-used metric sizes in one compact case. This is a hand tool set designed for tightening and loosening hex screws and bolts.
The set covers 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10 mm. Key lengths run from 3 in to 7 in (76 to 178 mm), and the extended-reach ball ends work at angles up to 25 degrees.
Every key is heat-treated and tempered for strength, with a black phosphate finish that resists rust. The Twist-to-Lock case holds each key with an internal lock and stacks with other Klein Twist-to-Lock cases.
It weighs 14.08 oz (399 g) and is a good fit for mechanics, maintenance techs and equipment installers who need metric hex keys that fit in a tool bag. Do not use a pipe or extension for leverage. The keys are not insulated.
