Overview
The Klein Tools Powder-Coated Long Ball-End Hex Key Set, Metric, 9 Pieces (model CBLS9M) is a color-coded metric hex key set that consolidates the most popular metric sizes into one compact caddy. This is a hand tool set designed for tightening and loosening hex screws and bolts.
The nine keys are 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 mm. Each key has a 1 in short arm and a 7 in long arm, and the ball ends work at angles up to 25 degrees.
CR-V steel keys are heat-treated and tempered for strength, with a color-coded coating that helps you pick the right size and resists rust. The Twist-to-Lock case holds keys with an internal lock and stacks with other Klein Twist-to-Lock cases.
The set weighs 12 oz (340 g). It is a good fit for mechanics, maintenance techs and installers who work on metric hardware. Do not use a pipe or extension for leverage. The keys are not insulated.
