Overview
The Klein Tools 4-in-1 Digital Circuit Breaker Finder (ET350) combines four electrical troubleshooting tools in one kit. This is a circuit breaker finder designed for electricians, maintenance techs and home inspectors who need to identify the breaker for an outlet, check that outlet's wiring and verify voltage, without hauling three separate testers. The kit includes a transmitter, a receiver, a case and batteries.
Breaker finding works in two steps. Plug the transmitter into the outlet, then put the receiver in Learn Mode and scan the panel once; the receiver reads the panel in a single pass. Switch to Locate Mode and scan again, and it identifies the single breaker feeding that outlet. No trial-and-error flipping of breakers in an occupied building.
While it is plugged in, the transmitter does double duty as an outlet tester. It provides information on wiring faults, voltage and GFCI trip time, so you can diagnose the receptacle and identify its breaker in one trip.
The receiver adds non-contact voltage testing for AC voltage in cables, cords and circuit breakers, with audible and visual signal strength, and a built-in LED work light for dark panels, closets and crawlspaces. The digital display keeps readings clear.
Housings are PC and PC-ABS. The kit measures about 11-3/4" x 6-3/16" x 3-1/4" (29.8 x 15.7 x 8.3 cm) and weighs 1.1 lb (519 g). The transmitter docks onto the receiver for storage, and it runs on four AAA batteries, included. It conforms to UL 1436 and is certified to CSA C22.2 #160.
Who should buy it: residential and commercial electricians, facility maintenance crews, property managers and home inspectors who trace and test outlets regularly.
Find the Breaker on the First Try
Learn the panel in one scan, then locate the exact breaker feeding the outlet.

Pro Tip
Run Learn Mode with the panel cover on and scan slowly across every breaker once. Giving the receiver a clean read of the whole panel up front is what makes Locate Mode point to a single breaker instead of a neighbor.
