Overview
The Klein Tools H80626 Fiberglass Handle Hammer, 6-Pound is a sledge-style hammer designed for demolition, striking, and bending rebar and rod.
The 6 lb (2.7 kg) forged carbon steel head is dual-faced with large smooth faces, 2.1 in (53 mm) across, for driving anchors, fixtures and stakes. The head also bends up to #4 rebar and 1/2 in (13 mm) rod, and a hang hole doubles as a rebar pass-through and belt storage.
The 16.4 in (417 mm) fiberglass handle has an overmolded thermoplastic elastomer grip, overstrike protection and a lanyard hole. The hammer meets ASME B107.400.
It fits ironworkers, concrete crews and demolition workers who bend rebar and strike hard in the same day.
