Overview
Klein Tools Grizzly Bar, 55-1/2-in. (64306)
The Klein Tools Grizzly Bar (model 64306) is a 55-1/2 in. heavy-duty multi-purpose bar. This is a pry bar designed for aligning tilt-up walls, rolling and aligning large pipe, stripping concrete forms and tearing out shingles or flooring.
The blade angle and length give you high leverage as a crowbar and as a nail and spike puller, including in tight spots where a shorter bar cannot get enough purchase.
The blade is forged and hardened alloy with a center keyhole slot for pulling nails and a V-notch in the tapered edge for spikes. It is 3 in. wide, which spreads the force so you can strip forms without gouging the concrete.
The 1-1/2 in. body has a 60-degree end, and the whole bar weighs about 12 lb. That weight is part of the tool: it does a lot of the work for you when you are driving the blade under a form or a sheet of decking.
The Grizzly Bar is for concrete crews, tilt-up and pipe crews, roofers and demolition crews who want one long bar that can pry, pull and align.

When stripping forms, set the full 3 in. width of the blade against the concrete before you pull. Using the whole blade spreads the load and keeps you from spalling the edge of a fresh pour.
