The Pole Saw has convenience features that include a lateral chain tensioner with a single stud for efficient chain retention and a captured bar nut that is retained in the sprocket cover for easier setup and maintenance. There is also a translucent bar oil tank with a large opening that aids in adding oil and keeping the bar properly lubricated. Additional features include Active Feedback-Sensing Technology (AFT), which electronically turns off the motor if the rotation of the attachment is suddenly forced to stop. Durability features include Extreme Protection Technology (XPT) for improved dust and water resistance, and IPX4 weather-resistant construction.
