All the same great features of the Manual version with the addition of the pneumatic system, the LBP.13 has a lubricated aluminum head, heat treated steel gears, 1 HP motor, 13 stainless-steel spindles, extendable fence guide up to 89” and 2 fence stops. The system I used before went like this: grab a piece of wood, grab a template, draw the measurements needed for the holes. There's an adjustment so the pin doesn't overextend. Lock it. Drill it. When done with the machine, the wood doesn't crack, and the finish ends up much better. When you have a pantry with seven shelves, you need to drill holes on every side for the pins—and that takes a lot of time. It can be a long process making your boring holes using a shelving jig.If you want to speed up your production, it's time to change tools. One of the most innovative benchtop boring machines on the market today is the Maksiwa Line Boring Machine. It can drill 13 perfectly aligned holes in less than five seconds, helping you save time and increase output. Our line boring machines are designed to last and come loaded with features such as an aluminum head, heat-treated steel gears, a 1 HP motor, stainless steel spindles, and an extendable fence. You don't have to worry about measuring your piece every time to ensure the holes are aligned. With the two index pins, you can easily mark your start and end points. And if you're working with larger pieces, the index pins align for the next set of holes. The machine is also equipped with spring-loaded hold downs and an adjustable flip stop to keep your workpiece in place. The depth of the fence is adjustable up to 3 ¾ inches, and the distance between each spindle is 32 millimeters from center to center. You can easily remove the bits to create different patterns. We offer both manual and pneumatic options for our line boring machines. With the manual version, simply pull down on the handle to drill. The pneumatic version offers the same high-quality drilling, preset with an air filter regulator, and the added convenience of a foot switch. The machine comes with a set of drill bits and a two-year warranty. Our customer service and technical teams are always ready to answer your questions and help you get the best experience with your new machine.Maksiwa's Line Boring Machines have made a strong impression in the woodworking community, helping woodworkers like you improve their craft.I used the machine, and I liked it. Much faster! If you liked what you saw and want a quote on one of these machines, leave your email in the comments below or visit www.maksiwa.com/USA to get a free quote.
