The Micro Jig GRR-RIPPER 300AIR 3D Pushblock (model GR-300AIR) is the most complete pushblock in MicroJig's AIR line: the X-AIR pushblock plus every GRR-RIPPER accessory MicroJig makes, in one package. This is a push block designed for ripping, routing and jointing on table saws, router tables, jointers and band saws, kitted out for everything from 1/8-in. strips to long stock fed with a pair of pushblocks.
It starts with the 200AIR: the AIR handle and body, X-AIR Legs with built-in heels, the SafeRip center tunnel, the Stabilizing Plate for 250% more stabilizing surface and the Adjustable Spacer for 54% more gripping surface on wider stock. Three directions of force hold the board down, pin it to the fence and push it forward, which is what virtually eliminates kickback and keeps feed rate consistent.
On top of that you get all four GRR-RIPPER accessories. The 1/8-in. Leg lets you rip true 1/8 x 1/8 in. strips safely and repeatably for edge banding and decorative inlays. The cuttable Gravity Heels drop down behind the stock and back it up at the end of the cut to prevent tearout. The Handle Bridge spreads downward pressure evenly and lets you reposition the handle for a more comfortable grip. The Deflector/Connector shields your hands from dust and debris and links two GRR-RIPPERs together to feed long stock continuously.
The Green GRR-RIP treaded surface grips hardwoods, softwoods, composites, plastics and aluminum, even with sawdust on the table, and cleans with denatured or rubbing alcohol. The high-impact plastic body absorbs force on blade contact instead of shattering, will not trigger a SawStop sensor, and every part is individually replaceable.
The 300AIR is for the woodworker who wants the whole system without ordering accessories one at a time: furniture makers, cabinet shops, inlay and edge banding work, and school or community shops that need one pushblock that covers every job. MicroJig's own advice is that the only thing left to add is a second 300AIR for hand-over-hand feeding of long stock.

The included Gravity Heels drop behind the stock at the end of the cut and support the trailing edge. The heels are made to be cut into, so they back up the wood fibers right where tearout starts.

When ripping 1/8-in. strips, set the fence for the strip width and let the 1/8-in. Leg ride on the fence side. Feed with steady pressure and don't stop mid-cut; a pause is what leaves burn marks on thin stock.
