The Pica Dry Scriber Block Set (model 30801) combines the Pica Scriber Block with a Pica Dry longlife automatic pencil marker. This is a scribing and parallel-line marking tool designed for fitting work in flooring, drywall and carpentry.

The scriber block holds the marker a fixed distance from a wall, cabinet or reference edge. Run the block along the surface and the marker draws a line that follows every bump and dip, which is exactly what you need when fitting flooring against an uneven wall or scribing a filler strip to a crooked corner. It is faster, safer and more accurate than freehand marking or a compass.

Eight distance settings cover 3/8" to 1" (9 to 25 mm). Interchangeable adapters fit both the Pica Dry and the thinner Pica Fine Dry, so you can switch to a finer 0.9 mm line on finish work if you own a Fine Dry.

The included Pica Dry marker uses a 2.8 mm lead with graphite 2B, a push mechanism with power lock, an integrated sharpener and a dust- and moisture-protected cap. It refills from the back with any Pica Dry lead.

This set is built for flooring installers, cabinet and trim carpenters, drywall hangers and remodelers who scribe parts to imperfect walls every day. The block is compact enough to live in a nail pouch.
