Overview
The Swan VacQport VQPT01 is a vacuum workholding port that threads through your workbench. This is a bench-mounted vacuum clamping port designed to hold boards, panels, and plastic sheet flat using vacuum instead of clamps.
Once installed, the VacQport turns any vacuum source into a solid hold. Drop a seal on the bench or set a VacQpod over the port, lay the workpiece on, and switch on. Atmospheric pressure holds the part down while every top face, side, and end stays completely open for routing, sanding, or planing.
The port installs directly through a benchtop, workbench, or fixture, so you decide where the holding points go. The head accepts a 1/8-in. NPT push-connect fitting that takes 1/4-in. airline to your vacuum source.
The low-clearance head sits flush, so it does not interfere with your tool during any operation.
The VacQport is the bench anchor of Swan's VacQ system. It works with the VacQube pump (VCQ124), VacQpods (VBP200), the Paring VacQpod (VPA120), and the VacQswitch (VTSRV2). Buy two or more if you want several holding points across a bench.
