Stiletto Titanium Hammers, Bars, and Hatchets
Stiletto is known for titanium hammers. A titanium head weighs less than a steel head of similar size, which reduces fatigue over a day of framing or trim. The lineup runs from 10 oz finish hammers to the 15 oz TiBone framing hammer, on hickory handles or hybrid fiberglass handles. Stiletto also makes titanium pry bars, lather's and drywall hatchets, a 7-inch carpenter square with level, and replacement faces, handles, and grips.

Stiletto Hammers FAQ
Should I choose a milled or smooth face?
A milled face grips the nail head and reduces glancing blows, which suits framing. It leaves a waffle mark, so use a smooth face for trim, siding, and any surface that will show. Many carpenters carry one of each.
Hickory or fiberglass handle?
Hickory is the traditional choice for feel and absorbs vibration well, and it can be replaced with a Stiletto replacement handle. Hybrid fiberglass handles resist moisture and weather. Head weights and face options are similar across both.
What head weight do I need?
Pick 10 or 12 oz for trim and finish work, 14 oz for general carpentry, and 15 or 16 oz for framing. Because titanium is light for its size, many framers choose a lighter titanium head than the steel hammer they used before.
What warranty does Stiletto offer?
Stiletto warrants its products to the original purchaser for 1 year from purchase when bought through an authorized distributor. Covered products are replaced with a new product. Submit claims on stiletto.com with photos and proof of purchase. Normal wear, misuse, cosmetic wear, and hammer damage from striking hardened objects are excluded.
