What is the difference between ImpactX and Impact XPS holders?
Both are Makita accessory lines made for impact drivers. ImpactX finder/drivers use a sliding sleeve to guide the screw. Impact XPS holders are Makita's magnetic insert bit holders, sold in several lengths and bulk packs. Check the length and style that fits your work.
Can I use SDS-Plus bits or a standard chuck on a Makita rotary hammer?
The D-14093 adapter lets an SDS-Plus rotary hammer take a drill chuck for standard round and hex shank bits. Use the rotary hammer in rotation-only mode when drilling with a chuck.
