Makita fans move air on hot jobsites, in shops, and at camp, running on the batteries you already own. 18V LXT models range from the 7-1/8" DCF102Z to 9" and 9-1/4" fans (DCF201Z, DCF203Z) and 13" jobsite fans (DCF300Z, DCF301Z). The 40V max XGT line includes the CF001GZ, CF002GZ, and the 17-3/4" CF003GZ, which also takes 18V LXT batteries. The CF100DZ covers 12V max CXT users. Many models also run corded.
What to Look For
- Fan size. 7" and 9" fans cool one person. 13" and 17-3/4" models move air across a room.
- Cordless/corded. Dual-power models run all day on AC and switch to battery when power is not available.
- Battery platform. Pick the fan that matches your 12V, 18V, or 40V batteries.
- Placement. Compact fans sit on a bench or hang. Larger fans stand on the floor.

Makita covers its lithium-ion cordless tools, batteries and chargers with a 3-year limited warranty. Repairs or replacements are handled through a Makita Factory or Authorized Service Center, at Makita's option.
