Makita Heated Apparel
Makita Heated Jackets, Vests, and Blankets
Makita heated apparel runs on the same batteries as your tools, so cold mornings on site do not need a separate power system. Most pieces use 18V LXT batteries: the DCJ200 and DCJ205 heated jackets, the DCJ206 high visibility jacket, the DCJ201 Mossy Oak jacket for hunters, and the DCV200 and DCV202 heated vests. The CJ102DZ jacket runs on 12V max CXT. The DCB200A heated blanket is also available, alone or in a bundle with a jobsite charger/radio and a 2.0Ah battery.
What to Look For
- Jacket or vest. Jackets add sleeves and weather protection. Vests heat the core and layer under a coat.
- Visibility. The DCJ206 adds high visibility for road and site crews.
- Sizing. Most jackets are listed by size, from S to 3XL. Order the size you wear over a base layer.
- Battery. Garments ship without a battery. Use the 18V LXT or 12V max CXT pack you already have.

Makita Heated Apparel FAQ
Do Makita heated jackets include a battery?
No. Items listed as jacket only, vest only, or blanket only do not include a battery or charger. They take Makita 18V LXT batteries, except the CJ102DZ, which takes 12V max CXT.
Which Makita heated jacket should I pick?
The DCJ205 is the everyday black jacket. Pick the DCJ206 if you work near traffic and need high visibility, or the DCJ201 Mossy Oak for hunting. If you run 12V max CXT tools, the CJ102DZ uses those batteries.
