Choosing a Mirka DEOS Orbital Sheet Sander
Mirka DEOS sanders are electric orbital sanders with rectangular pads. The square edge reaches into inside corners, along rails, and over narrow profiles that a round pad misses. This collection covers the 3" x 4" DEOS 343, the 3" x 5" DEOS 353 and 110V DEOS, the 2.75" x 8" or 3" x 8" DEOS 383 for long flat panels and body work, and the DEOS Delta and DEOS II 663X triangle pads for corners. DEOS II X models add Bluetooth, and the 353X lists a brushless motor.
What to Look For
- Pad size. 3" x 4" is the most compact. The 8" long pads keep panels flat and fair.
- Delta pad. Choose the Delta for corners, louvers, and furniture details.
- Orbit. The DEOS II 343X and 383X list a 3.0 mm orbit for fine finishing.
- Extraction. All are built for dust extraction. Use Abranet sheets for best dust pickup.

What warranty covers Mirka DEOS sanders?
Mirka power tools carry a standard 2-year warranty in the US, and registering within 30 days of purchase adds a third year at no cost. Tools used continuously in industrial applications are covered for 1 year. Each tool is registered separately, and a valid receipt is required.
