This is an insulated screw-holding screwdriver designed for driving square #2 screws on energized or near-energized electrical equipment, where a loose screw can drop into live gear.
Square #2 (often called Robertson #2) screws turn up throughout electrical work, including many device and box screws. The 32214INS gives you that tip in a 1000V-rated format with a hooded sleeve that slides over the screw head and holds it in place. You can start the screw with one hand, then retract the sleeve and drive it home.
