The Klein Tools MODbox Kneeling Pad and Seat (54836MB) is a padded kneeling mat that doubles as a seat cushion for the Klein MODbox system. This is a kneeling pad designed for tradespeople who spend time working low, at outlets, under sinks and along baseboards, and want somewhere comfortable to sit between tasks.
On the floor, it is a full-size kneeling pad. On a MODbox, elastic side straps hook underneath the MODbox rails and hold the pad on top, turning any MODbox into a padded seat. That is a handy setup for panel work, terminations or any task done at sitting height.
The interior is NBR foam with an EVA backer. The foam provides the cushioning and the backer adds structure, so the pad supports you instead of bottoming out over long kneeling sessions.
The cover is durable 1680D material that resists water, dirt and rough surfaces, protecting the foam inside on concrete, gravel and construction debris. The edges are bound, and the cover is hand washable. Carry handles make it easy to move between jobs or shift position while you work.
