The Milwaukee 48-08-0900 12V 10 oz Conversion Kit is an accessory kit for Milwaukee's M12 caulk gun platform. This is a caulk gun conversion kit designed for converting a compatible Milwaukee M12 caulk gun to use 10 ounce cartridges. Model number 48-08-0900. If you already own the tool and want to run a common cartridge size, this is the straightforward way to do it.

What matters here is flexibility. Instead of buying another dispensing tool for a different tube format, this kit lets your existing M12 caulk gun handle standard 10 ounce material. That makes sense for remodelers, punch-list work, finish crews, maintenance techs, and serious DIY users who deal with different sealants and adhesives from job to job.

The build is simple and purpose-driven: a 10 ounce conversion assembly and nozzle made to fit the compatible M12 system. Milwaukee lists the accessory type as a caulk conversion kit, with a plastic body, black finish, and an overall length of 15 inches. Those details matter because this is not a universal add-on. It is a platform-specific accessory meant to work as part of Milwaukee's cordless dispensing setup.

For real-world use, the benefit is convenience and lower cost of entry into another cartridge format. If your current M12 caulk gun is already part of your kit, adding the Milwaukee 48-08-0900 12V 10 oz Conversion Kit is a practical upgrade. You keep the same powered tool and change the tube setup to match the material you're using.

This conversion kit is best for users who already own a Milwaukee M12 caulk gun and need a 10 ounce configuration for sealant, adhesive, or general dispensing work. If you do not already have the compatible M12 caulk gun, this is not a standalone dispensing tool. It is an accessory that expands the tool you already have.
