The TSP is designed for connecting the top plate to either the wall stud or a 2x rafter. This tie stud plate is installed on the wide face of the 2x stud to avoid interference with sheathing. The TSP features a top-flange that allows the plate to securely attach to both sill plates and top plates.

Install With: Install with 10d x 1-1/2 in. nails or 10d x 1-1/2 in. nails to the rafter/truss and 10d common nails to the plates
