DeWALT Track Saws
DeWALT Track Saws: 20V XR, FLEXVOLT, and Corded
A DeWALT track saw rides on a guide rail for straight, splinter-free cuts in plywood, doors, and countertops. All three models here use a 6-1/2 inch blade. The DCS525 20V XR runs on standard 20V MAX packs and comes tool only, with a guide rail bundle, or as an 8.0Ah kit. The DCS520 FLEXVOLT 60V MAX comes tool only or as a 6.0Ah kit. The corded DWS520 comes without rail, with a 59-inch or 102-inch track, or with both.
What to Look For
- Power source. Choose 20V XR if you already own 20V MAX packs, FLEXVOLT for heavier cutting, or corded for shop use.
- Rail length. A 59-inch rail crosscuts sheet goods; a 102-inch rail rips a full 8-foot sheet.
- Kit contents. Tool-only and no-rail versions suit owners who already have rails.

DeWALT Track Saws FAQ
Which rail length do I need?
Cabinet and furniture makers often start with a 59-inch rail. If you rip full sheets of plywood lengthwise, get the 102-inch track or a kit that includes both.
What warranty covers DeWALT track saws?
The saw falls under DeWALT's standard power tool warranty: 3-year limited, a 1-year free service contract, and a 90-day money-back guarantee. Blades are excluded, and terms follow the warranty stated on each product.
