My objective is to use a 1010 to follow a template or jig aside from all the others things a 1010 will do.. I was given this part number (469625) as my solution by your company rep today . However, the description above refers to the 1400. If this is not the part number for the 1010 what is it? Is this adapter all I need to attach to a 1010 to do the tasks I my to perform as stated above. If not, let me know what else I need. This will be a new 1010 as your company sells them. Thank you.

This item is compatible with the OF 1010. It will allow you to use Porter Cable style top piece template guides.
