Can it also being collected to a regular 110V outlet for use ?

Milwaukee has perfected the battery technology used in this saw to provide the power equivalent to a 15-amp saw and the battery life to last long enough that plug-in power is not required.So, a corded option is not available. This is a battery operated tool only.
